Casey J. Thompson, 20, of Blue Earth, received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15 and actor over 24; fined $1,585, sentenced to jail 60 days, work release is granted if eligible, 15 years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cooperate with and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, no direct or indirect contact with victim or family, no use or possession of pornography or sexually explicit material, don’t use any phone sex lines, dating services, social networks or enter any strip clubs or adult book stores or any other business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, comply with predatory offender registration including photographing, fingerprinting and DNA, disclose all electronic devices to agent, no unsupervised contact with vulnerable adults and if so must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, no unsupervised contact with persons under the age of 18 and must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, follow all recommendations of a psycho-sexual assessment, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), pay restitution if filed within 30 days, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Ramon Vega Ramirez, 50, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $200, one year supervised probation, comply with the conditions of child protection case, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Avory J. Vleiger, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of possess ammo or any firearm-convict/committed drug offense; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 320 days for two years, credit for time served nine days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of of possess ammo or any firearm-user of controlled substance was dismissed.

Steven D. Willette, 55, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $660, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served five days, defendant may serve remaining time in jail or have EHM in place before 12-20-21, work release is granted if eligible, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment completed 1/17/21, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited was dismissed.

Richard A. Dufour, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of harassment-violate restraining order; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 19 days.
