Zachary D. Krumwiede, 33, of Trimont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and provide copy to probation, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, attend MADD impact panel and provide copy to probation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of third-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance was dismissed.

Willner, 42, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $200, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, complete a psychological evaluation and domestic violence assessment with approved provider and follow all recommendations, have no new threatening or assaultive behaviors or offenses, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Caleb L. Nowak, 31, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after revocation; fined $00, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Kira C. Barglof, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of wireless communications device-initiate/compose/send/retrieve/read electronic message; fined $50.

Tracey A. Flinck, 38, of Prior Lake was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
