Ana B. Francotintos, 58, of Manteca, Calif.; Patricia V. Kampa, 69, of Fairmont; each fined $225.

Unsafe passing on shoulder — Luke S. Snyder, 26, of Fairmont; fined $135.

David Salas, 41, of Fairmont was convicted was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served eight days, defendant may be released from jail following sentencing hearing and serve remaining 22 days on EHM with alco-sensor, work release granted, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200, sentenced to jail eight days, credit for time served eight days. Additional charges of third-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, open bottle law-possession, possess or sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, and driving after revocation, were all dismissed.

Alicia L. Miller, 34, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of public nuisance-interfere/obstruct/render dangerous public road/water; fined $50, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Brandon J. Oskerson, 29, of Welcome was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Rodney L. Rolle, 61, of Williston, N.D. was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding. Additional charges of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm, and obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, were both dismissed.
