K Paw Moo, 26, of Worthington was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.

Daniel H. Chester, 40, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of domestic assault; fined $100, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served four days, begin serving remaining jail sentence on weekends, five years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, complete mental health diagnostic evaluation/domestic abuse evaluation as directed and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, follow all current recommendations of present mental health providers and present to supervising agent, comply with all Human Services expectations and successfully complete all requirements until case file is closed, complete cognitive skill training if recommended by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, refrain from the use of any form of violence to include either violent behavior or threats of violence, obtain employment, maintain employment, provide list of medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of malicious punishment of a child was dismissed.

Kaleb B. Mohwinkel, 25, of Truman was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $960, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Jessica M. Verschelde, 38, of Woodstock received an amended court decision on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentence to service for indeterminate, enter and successfully complete drug court and cooperate with all aspects of the program, reinstate supervised probation under all previously ordered conditions, contact probation officer as directed.

Jerard Braboy, 50, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of fail to signal lane change; fined $50. Also convicted of fail to signal turn; fined $50.
