Ryan A. Jensen, 39, of Albert Lea was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount marijuana; fined $85. Commit to Commissioner of Corrections – MN Correctional Facility – St. Cloud, 21 months.

Benjamin A. Padilla, Jr., 20, of Albert Lea was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. An additional charge of unregistered-certain acts forbidden fined #300.

Ryan A. Jensen, 39, of Albert Lea was convicted on a felony charge transfer movable prop-no consent; fined $365.44. Sentenced to commit to Commissioner of Corrections, MN correctional Facility-St. Cloud, 21 months, give a DNA sample when directed.

Santiago Mendoza Jr., was convicted of obstructing legal process-interfering with a Peace Officer; fined $200. Stay of adjudication, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no obstructing legal process of fleeing peace officer.

Maricruz S. Trevino, 25, of Mission, Texas, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also, convicted of no Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.

Keagan J. Ihle, 19, of Elmore was convicted of criminal sex conduct-fifth-degree-nonconsensual sexual contact; fined $585. Joshua D. Musel, 22, of Frost was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; fined $75.
