Cody S. Lewandowski-Musel, 30, of New Ulm was convicted of window tint (less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. An additional charge of driving after revocation; fined $200.

Daizon M. Martin, 27, of Round Lake was convicted of speed in excess of adjusted limit in work zone 76/60; fined $385. An additional charge of driving after revocation; fined $200, and DWI-third-degree driving while impaired; one aggravating factor; dismissed.

Lyle K. Doerr, 45, of Wells was convicted of DWI-second-degree driving while impaired; two or more aggravating factors; fined $945. Sentenced to jail 365 days, stay 365 days for two years, credit for time served: three days, can serve remaining jail on EHM at defendant’s expense; Huber if granted if qualifies; set up EHM by 10/18/21 or report to jail on 10/8/21 at 7 p.m., two year supervised probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, complete chemical assessment, obtain assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell your probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if charged with any new crime, tell probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260. Additional charges of DWI-third-degree driving while impaired; one aggravation factor and fourth-degree driving while impaired were dismissed.
