Additional charges of possess over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle, and open bottle law-possession, were both dismissed.

Kain, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours, complete anger evaluation assessment within 60 days with an agent approved assessor and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Bobbi-Jo M. Perrault, 35, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of violation of HRO; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation agent as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, complete anger management assessment within 60 days as approved by agent and follow all recommendations, no contact with victim(s) except with purpose of seeing shared children, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted on a separate charge of violation of HRO; sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day. Two additional charges of violation of HRO were dismissed.
