Megan Jo King, 26, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree controlled substance possession-50 grams or more; fined $1,685, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 78 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 365 days, credit for time served five days, serve as work release if eligible, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training if directed by agent, participate in individual counseling, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of first-degree controlled substance sales-17 grams or more within 90-day period, first-degree controlled substance sales-50 grams or 200 dose units, second-degree controlled substance possession-50 grams or 100 dose units, fifth-degree controlled substance sales-marijuana mixture except small amounts of marijuana with no remuneration, and fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, were all dismissed.

Kurtis J. Rochefort, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, complete a psychological evaluation with Brian Koranda at Mayo Health Systems, no assault, have no new assaultive or threatening behaviors, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, contact probation agent as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, and interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 emergency communication call, were both dismissed.

Tristan M. Kilman, 23, of Crystal was convicted on a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 17 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Divante J. Blackwell, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no assault, no assaultive and disorderly behaviors, no same or similar.

Hailey E. Obernolte, 19, of Fairmont had a charge of underage alcohol consumption continued for dismissal; fined $100, one year unsupervised probation, no underage drinking, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications.
