Jordan G. Fromm, 30, of Mankato was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served five days, serve remaining 25 days of jail on home detention/electronic monitoring with alco-sensor at defendant’s own expense, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Austin M. Reichert, 22, of Muscatine, Iowa was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 60 days, pay restitution, certificate of restitution should be filed within 60 days, Additional charges of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, and identity theft-tranfer/possess/use identity of another person, were both dismissed.

Jan C. Rojo Garcia, 34, of Fairmont had a charge of junk-other than weeds and grass continued for dismissal; four months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, property should be cleaned up and remain clean. Also had a charge of solid waste collection/storage continued for dismissal; four months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, property should be cleaned up and remain clean.

Brent S. Stevermer, 21, of Elmore was convicted of collision with unattended vehicle-fail to notify victim or police; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, no same or similar. Additional charge of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type was dismissed.

Julmir G. Talavera, 30, of Homestead, Fla. had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Konain Narruhn, 33, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving without a valid license endorsement for vehicle driven; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Justin R. Brauchler, 46, of Lakota, Iowa was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30.

Jaime L. Fiacco, 25, of Winnebago was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days. Additional charge of instruction permit violation-requirements for person 18 years or older was dismissed.
