Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Danny Lee J. Ertman, 21, of Blue Earth; fined $110.

James Williams Jr., 56, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of harassment-violate Restraining Order; six months unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no violations of an active civil/criminal No Contact Order, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.

Marcus B. Coombes, 49, of Watertown, S.D. was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $2,960, restitution $2,500, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 359 days for two years, credit for time served six days, two years supervised probation, pay minimum restitution of $100 monthly, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Tammy L. Ferrier, 27, of Aitkin received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $325, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, mental health evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment program as approved by agent, can offset fine from out-of-pocket expenses, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Joseph A. Wieser, 22, of Bricelyn was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed eight days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, no assault or disorderly conduct, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Morgan J. Hamilton Brown, 23, of Minnetonka received a stay of adjudication on an amended charge of speeding; fined $125, one year probation to the court, no same or similar.
