James D. Phan, 67, of Vadnais Heights; Nicholas A. Poolman, 41, of Spirit Lake, Iowa; each fined $145.

Operate vehicle with expired registration — Tiffany D. Nielsen, 38, of Blue Earth; fined $115.

Gildardo Gonzalez Jr., 30, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Xavier Morrow, 19, of Mankato received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; fined $700, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, complete chemical assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, no harassing, threatening or assaultive behavior, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Ethan M. Morales, 22, of Kiester received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $500, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, out-of-pocket expenses may credit against fine, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.

Gregory Avery Jr., 36, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $100, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no driving after revocation, driving after cancellation, or driving after suspension violations. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Yorman Reyes Marin, 40, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $85, sentenced to jail 63 days, credit for time served 63 days. Additional felony charges of domestic assault by strangulation, and terroristic threats-cause or attempt cause terror, were both dismissed.
