Jason A. Roe, 43, of Albert Lea was convicted of check forgery-make or alter a check; fined $190.65, restitution $105.65, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 61 days for one year, credit for time served 29 days, one year supervised probation, no dishonored checks or theft-related convictions, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

David M. Schuster, 58, of Winnebago was convicted of hours and days of sale; fined $110. Additional charge of violate any emergency powers order or rule was dismissed.

Marshall P. Johnson Krosch, 24, of Elmore was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Elizabeth Lydia A. Marloe D. Farr, 34, of Luverne was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $315. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $150.
