Sheila J. Jones, 47, of (Homeless)was convicted of indecent exposure-willfully or lewdly in a public place; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment within 30 days of being released from custody, follow all recommendations of evaluation, psychological evaluation/treatment if recommended by probation agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, contact probation agent as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, Additional charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene was dismissed.

Jonathan M. McCartney, 25, of Fairmont received an amended court decision on a charge of fifth-degree assault; two years supervised probation, meet with treatment provider to develop written plan and submit to probation agent, all other conditions of probation as previously ordered remain in effect, enroll and begin domestic violence programming by 7/20/2021. Also received an amended court decision on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; two years supervised probation, meet with treatment provider to develop written plan and submit to probation agent, all other conditions of probation as previously ordered remain in effect, enroll and begin domestic violence programming by 7/20/2021.
