Speeding — Sara L. Adank, 34, of Independence, Wis.; Melanie A. Carbery, 22, of Cary, Ill.; Daniel M. Schroers, 45, of Sartell; each fined $125.

Operate vehicle with an expired registration — Sarah K. Spear, 41, of Granada; fined $115.

Move over law violation-two lanes in same direction — Katherine M. Pickerign, 35, of Northfield; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — David Cruz Cortez, 43, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Gavin E. Flohre, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, make efforts to get a valid drivers license or permit within period of probation, don’t form basis to violate any probation cases, no same or similar. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Fanjie Jin, 22, of Pittsburgh, Pa. was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of move over law violation-two lanes in same direction; fined $50.

Chelsie L. Hanson, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter the Giddy Up Boutique store, no same or similar.

Ryan A. Driehorst, 37, of Granada was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285. Additional charge of vehicle registration/permit/plates required was dismissed.

Cary D. Coffman, 51, of Rapid City, S.D. was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $285. Additional charges of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle, no Minnesota drivers license, and display plates of another vehicle, were all dismissed.

Tamara S. Hilgendorf, 48, of Welcome had a charge of failure to drive with due care continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, have no other traffic offenses during deferral period.
