School bus-fail to stop — Amber K. Hansen, 37, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Jesse W. Houfer, 41, of Alpha; fined $285.

Daniel E. Conn, 33, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days, remain in Martin County jail until an inpatient treatment bed is available and then can be furloughed, if successfully discharged from treatment then no further jail time shall be served, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, successfully complete inpatient treatment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete cognitive skill training if recommended by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.

Terri L. Gibson, 51, of Fairmont had a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no theft-related offenses, no theft.

Kelly J. Peterson, 33, of Truman was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $285, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 295 days for two years, credit for time served 51 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, report to agent as directed within 48 hours after release from custody, cognitive skill training if directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
