Russell A. Blakstad, 52, of Wanamingo; fined $135.

Samantha M. Swanson, 16, of Wells; fined $145.

Driving after revocation — Daizon M. Martin, 26, of Round Lake; fined $285.

Scott G. Henken, 64, of Winnebago was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refusal to submit to chemical test; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for one year, credit for time served four days, can serve 26 days on EHM with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of second-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test, fourth-degree driving while impaired, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed.

MARTIN COUNTY

DISTRICT COURT

Kenneth M. Anderson Jr., 33, of Welcome was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call, were both dismissed.

Garry L. Sunken, 72, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $300, one year supervised probation, no same or similar including speeding charges.

Gerald Baxley, 55, of Redwood Falls had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Mason C. Huisenga, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of vehicle registration violation-rear diaplay of single horizontal or vertical placement; fined $115. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50.
