Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Dahmon K. Gullord, 42, of Fairmont; Colton L. Nelson, 20, of Madelia; each fined $110.

Hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications — Journey L. Kellam, 24, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Accumulation of garbage/rubbish — Darla M. Price, 35, of Sherburn; fined $185.

Jaymis T. Abbott, 20, of Fort Worth, Texas received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of threats of violence; fined $850, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, three years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, cooperate in the interstate compact process for transfer of supervision to Texas by signing and returning all forms to agent in a prompt manner, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s), no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Donald Allen M. Haegeman, 23, of Ceylon received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,100, sentenced to jail 14 days, credit for time served 14 days, five years supervised probation, remain law-abiding, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were all dismissed.

Ramon Sicel, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of law enforcement or probation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Azul E. Anzures Rosas, 28, of Willmar was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
