Speeding — Heather L. Hanson, 30, of Lake Mills, Iowa; Jesse R. Haugh, 45, of Winnebago; Emmanuel L. Smith, 37, of Warren, Mich.; each fined $125.

Nicole M. Agin, 29, of Kellogg; fined $285.

Underage alcohol consumption — Benjamin C. Johnson, 20, of Granada; fined $185.

No insurance-owner violation — Melissa S. LaPlante, 29, of Fairmont; fined $285.

James O. Alexander, 42, of Kiester received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; $385, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, attend counseling until discharged by therapist and follow all recommendations, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Two additional felony charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and fourth-degree assault of a peace officer, and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, and obstructing the legal process, were all dismissed.

Cole C. Klinkner, 21, of Eau Claire, Wis. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor; fined $285, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, write two-page paper or submit a 2 to 5 minute video on “The Ripple Effect of my Actions on This Offense and What I Have Learned From Them,” no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Thomas W. Staloch, 70, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $345, restitution $245, one year probation to the court, pay restitution, remain law-abiding, no same or similar. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault was dismissed.
