Ryan J. Asche, 28, of Bancroft, Iowa; Mikia A. Dameron, 38, of Chicago, Ill.; each fined $225.

Driving after revocation — Ramon D. Villareal, 45, of Albert Lea; fined $285.

Chad E. Whelan, 31, of Bricelyn was convicted of domestic assault; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, restitution reserved for 30 days, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, may offset fine with out-of-pocket expenses for treatment, no contact with victim until domestic abuse program is completed and approved by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete chemical assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of emergency telephone calls or communication-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 call was dismissed.

Travis J. Burns Sr., 39, of Winnebago was convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection was dismissed.

Cody A. Freeberg, 25, of Mounds View was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50.

Jorge A. Basilio, 35, of Wells was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; sentenced to jail 120 days, credit for time served 83 days, waived fine and surcharges, sentence is served and deemed satisfied. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving after revocation, and uninsured vehicle-driver violation, were all dismissed.
