Open bottle law-possession — Michael R. Wannarka, 52, of Welcome; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Marlen Contreras, 30, of Fairmont; Ashley B. Jordan, 37, of Blue Earth; each fined $285.

Patrick E. Bettin, 20, of Sherburn was convicted of prohibited lights-blue lights; fined $125. Additional charge of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required was dismissed.

Alan K. Ervin, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of failure to obtain new drivers license after changing name or address; fined $135. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.

Taunia L. Arndt, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Victor Bridges, 56, of Welcome was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, credit for time served in Yellow Medicine County, pay restitution (amount to be determined), restitution reserved and to be filed within 30 days. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.
