Accumulation of garbage/rubbish — Tracie A. Bass, 23, of Ceylon; fined $185.

Trevor C. Knudson, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, serve as work release, serve 48 consecutive hours in jail and balance of 28 days on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, driving after suspension, and open bottle law-possession, were all dismissed.

Taylor J. Beebe, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, serve as work release, serve 48 hours in jail and balance of 28 days on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Michael R. Picken, 35, of Oelwein, Iowa had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $219.02, restitution $219.02, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution within 90 days, no same or similar.

Jacob R. Lenhart, 25, of New Brighton was convicted of failure to obtain new drivers license after changing name or address; fined $105. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
