Eric J. Jones, 34, of Chicago, Ill.; fined $285.

Matthew M. Geist, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 30 days for one year, credit for time served 22 days, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, successfully complete domestic violence programming as approved by agent and follow all recommendations, continue in individual therapy at Eunoia, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no assault, no assaultive or threatening behaviors, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of fifth-degree assault; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 30 days for one year, credit for time served 25 days, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, successfully complete domestic abuse programming as approved by agent and follow all recommendations, continue with individual therapy at Eunoia and follow all recommendations, no assault, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, no contact with victim(s), no new assaultive or threatening behaviors, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Wyatt A. McNab, 19, of Brewster was convicted of carry/possess pistol in public place without permit; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional felony charge of firearm-receive/possess with no serial number was dismissed.

Aleasha R. Broome Hembree, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-other circumstances; six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, pay joint and several restitution within 90 days, no same or similar.

Patrick E. Bettin, 19, of Sherburn was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Paul J. Furigay, 53, of Sycamore, Ill.; was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of no Minnesota drivers license was dismissed.
