Underage alcohol consumption — Thai A. Risk, 20, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Theron D. Ibarra, 39, of Trimont; fined $285.

Alisa M. Petersen, 28, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $100, sentenced to jail eight days, defendant shall serve jail sentence four weekends in a row, five years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation agent within 24 hours of sentencing, pay restitution of $1,000 per year, complete a mental health evaluation within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications and shall be monitored by a licensed provider, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications and shall be monitored by a licensed provider, random testing, cognitive skill training if directed by agent, write letter of apology and submit to agent, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Jennifer L. Baker, 52, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $135, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Keith R. Karstedt, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if requested, restitution certificate to be filed within 30 days, no same or similar. Additional charge of trespass-occupy or enter locked or posted dwelling or building was dismissed.

Trevor C. Miedtke, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, pay restitution within 90 days of receiving certificate, restitution certificate to be filed within 30 days, no same or similar.

Acacia E. Winegard, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, pay joint and several restitution, no same or similar.

Jessyca R. Allen, 33, of Butte, Mont. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $150, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $40, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.
