Beth A. Celander, 39, of Granada received a stay of adjudication on a charge of child endangerment; fined $300, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of mental health providers, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all recommendations of updated chemical dependency assessment, follow recommendations of aftercare with treatment providers, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle was dismissed.
Maxwell R. Miller, 43, of Amboy received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, complete Rule 25 chemical assessment within 30 days and follow recommendations including treatment and aftercare, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
Also convicted of possession of ammunition or any firearm-previous felony conviction; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation.

Olson, 54, of Perham was convicted of harassment-violate restraining order; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, complete a psychological diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, complete chemical use assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no direct or indirect contact with victim, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of harassment-violate restraining order was dismissed.
