Drive over/through/around barricade on highway or roads — Brian L. Vant Hul, 50, of Rock Valley, Iowa; fined $125.

General windshield prohibitions-no objects suspended between driver and windshield — Travis J. Melzer, 30, of Bloomington; fined $125.

Bryan L. Johnson, 49, of Albert Lea received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of violate No Contact Order-within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions; fined $1,000, sentenced to jail 37 days, credit for time served 37 days, five years supervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete domestic abuse evaluation and follow recommendations of evaluation, complete chemical dependency evaluation/treatment and pay fees and follow all recommendations of evaluation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Oscar E. Patlan Ochoa, 25, of Donna, Texas was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $235, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted on a separate charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $235, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted on another charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $235, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charges of fifth-degree assault, fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.

Kyendra A. Anderson, 22, of Sherburn was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $210, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service 11 days for indeterminate, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing. Also convicted of speeding; fined $150.
