Danielle M. Klein, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $344.20, restitution $259.20, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, defendant is to serve 48 hours in jail on weekend, one year supervised probation, pay restitution within first six months of probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, no contact with victim(s), complete diagnostic assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no assaultive or threatening behaviors, no alcohol/controlled substance use, may possess alcohol during course of work and continue to serve alcohol but cannot consume alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm was dismissed.

Suzanne K. Lasley, 64, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar, no contact with victim(s).

Abraham Pedraza, 21, of Arlington was convicted of third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-1000; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain drivers license, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
