Heather Lee-Ann Graham, 44, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail 35 days, credit for time served 35 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete diagnostic assessment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charges of second-degree controlled substance sales of a narcotic (10 grams or more) within 90-day period, second-degree controlled substance possession-25 grams or more, and third-degree controlled substance possession of a narcotic-10 grams or more, were all dismissed.

Dominic D. Henricksen, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer within 24 hours of hearing, no contact with victim(s), complete diagnostic assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Mason C. Huisenga, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Heather N. Thomas, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, remain law-abiding, no contact with victim(s).

David Salas, 40, of Bricelyn was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay all fees, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and no Minnesota drivers license, were both dismissed.
