No Minnesota driver’s license — Jorge L. Guzman, 42, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $185.

Blake T. Rasche, 32, of Fairmont had a charge of domestic assault-subsequent violation continued for dismissal; fined $225, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.

Adam H. Wester, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of open bottle law violation-possession; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

Robert C. Sundberg, 24, of Granada was convicted of three separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of no or inoperative breakaway brakes; fined $100. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $50.

Caitlin B. Pohlman, 22, of Truman was convicted on two separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge.

Miranda J. Swearingen, 28, of North Mankato was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law for six months.

Ryan E. Page Donohue, 35, of Granada received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no misdemeanor or greater violations.
