Jeremiah D. Vanriper, 38, of Albert Lea was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $378.57, restitution $378.57, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution including service charge fees. Additional charge of issue dishonored check-value more than $250-500, was dismissed.
David Deluna, 42, of Blooming Prairie was convicted on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, supply DNA sample.
Heidi R. Grace, 20, of Blue Earth was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $345, restitution $60, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 82 days for one year, one year supervised probation, pay restitution, write two-page paper or submit a two to five video on “How theft affects the victim and community, and how continued violations of the law may impact my life and goals,” no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
Mason L. Malwitz, 19, of Wells received an amended court decision on a charge of careless driving; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
