Robert C. Sundberg, 24, of Granada was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Kashis C. Dilks-Smith, 21, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree burglary of an occupied dwelling with non-accomplice present; fined $2,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 27 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 40 days, credit for time served 40 days, five years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of the evaluation, psychological evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, participate in individual counseling, complete cognitive skill training before being discharged from probation, report to agent within 24 hours of sentencing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession in school, park or public housing zone, and additional misdemeanor charges of trespass-occupy or enter a locked dwelling, fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were all dismissed.

Leeann S. Kroc, 36, of New Ulm was convicted of check forgery-offer or possess with intent to defraud; fined $85, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 309 days for two years, credit for time served 56 days, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, successfully complete residential treatment at Wellcome Manor and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare including halfway house placements or continued outpatient services, pay restitution, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, report to agent within 24 hours of sentencing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Heather M. Miller, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of harassment-knowingly violates temporary or restraining order; sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served eight days.
