Over legal tandem axle weight — Dwight B. Jerge, 45, of Spirit Lake, Iowa; fined $785.

Exceed allowable 80,000 pound gross weight — Kenneth D. Forss, 59, of Zumbrota; fined $1,085.

Steven A. Persinger, 33, of Truman was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served 30 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment completed 6/24/20, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment completed 6/24/20, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Dwayne C. Browen, 65, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/ noisy/obscene; fined $100, six months unsupervised probation, no trespassing at the Dollar General store in Blue Earth, no same or similar.
