Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Daniel E. Hamlet, 48, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications — David S. Cordova, 30, of Welcome; fined $135.

Jordan B. Willert, 21, of Owatonna was convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Joselisa Alvarado, 26, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; one year supervised probation, pay restitution, restitution reserved for 30 days, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting was dismissed.

Steven S. Thom, 45, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Rebecca M. Johnson, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of speeding, and give false information to officer or court regarding vehicle insurance, were both dismissed.
