Dominic J. Morrow, 41, of Mankato was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $85, sentenced to jail 365 days, credit for time served two days.

Angela M. Torgerson, 38, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of malicious punishment of a child; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment within 45 days and follow all recommendations, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, attend counseling until discharged by a therapist and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Kayla C. Tomisin, 31, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, follow all recommendations of mental health providers, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Justin P. Crowe, 32, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $835, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 321 days for two years, credit for time served 44 days, two years supervised probation, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, participate in individual counseling, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. One additional felony charge of Domestic assault by strangulation, and a misdemeanor charge of interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt emergency 911 call, were both dismissed.
