Adrian L. Ullestad, 63, of Scarville, Iowa, was convicted of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185.

Claudio Martin Ramirez, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of wireless communications device-initiate/compose/send/retrieve/read electronic message; fined $50.

Seth S. Ringnell, 17, of Sherburn was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $40.

Jessica L. Clobes, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of financial transaction card fraud-use without consent; fined $285, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served 30 days, two years supervised probation, pay restitution and file within 30 days, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Heather M. Miller, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of harassment-violate restraining order within 10 years of previous domestic violence conviction/adjudication; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 358 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, two years supervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
