Church plans free meal on Wednesday First Congregational United Church of Christ in Fairmont will offer a free community meal beginning 5:30 p.m. until the food is gone on Wednesday, July 31, at their church located at 319 Downtown Plaza in Fairmont. This is hosted by the Church Council. The meal will be served consisting of cheesy turkey sandwiches, pickles, Italian pasta salad, bars and beverages. Everyone is welcome. Free concert Saturday at Lincoln Park Red Rock Center for the Arts will host a free concert beginning 7 p.m. Saturday, July 27, at beautiful Lincoln Park in Fairmont, where the flowers are in full bloom. Church on the Lawn in East Chain “Church on the Lawn” services will be held beginning 10:30 a.m. Sunday, July 28, at East Chain Evangelical Free Church, located three miles east of the village of East Chain. The speaker will be Byron Emmert, world-renowned preacher and teacher. The service includes live band worship, bible teaching and wonderful kids program.
