Empower to host Cosmic Bowling Martin County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition (MCSAP)/Empower will have a Cosmic Bowling event from 7:40 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1 at Bowlmor Lanes bowling alley in Fairmont.
