UCC to host community meal First Congregational United Church of Christ in Fairmont will host a free community meal at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19. The menu includes pork commercials, green beans, bars, milk, coffee or water. Books and Brews Books and Brews Morning Edition will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20 at the Martin County Library in Fairmont. Library staff will highlight biographies. Kiss the Pig Fundraiser Kiss the Pig Fundraiser will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16 at St. James Lutheran Church (SJL) in Northrop. Gary Luhmann and Alan Wille are putting their lips on the line for Lutheran education. Guests may vote for who they want to see kiss the pig by donating in advance or on the day of the event.
