Weight and Hormones with Janice Novak

Janice Novak will teach a weight loss and hormones class for women from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, in a Zoom meeting. The class will discuss which hormones are involved and what can be done to correct imbalances, concrete solutions for controlling appetite and cravings, major sources of hormone mimicking chemicals and how to get rid of them, what HRT or birth control pills have to do with weight gain, how to have your hormone levels checked reliably and what steps need to be taken break the cycle of weight gain. Acupressure with Janice Novak

Janice Novak will teach an acupressure class from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, in a Zoom meeting. Acupressure involves pressing or massaging key points on the body to stimulate energy flow, which can offer relief with no side effects. The class will focus on the points that relieve and prevent migraines and headaches, as well as nausea and vertigo.
