Fairmont High School class of 1960, spouses and friends will meet for lunch 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, at the Pizza Ranch in Fairmont. All classmates are encouraged to attend.

Fairmont Opera House to host campaign gala

The Fairmont Opera House (FOH) will host its Capital Campaign fundraising gala beginning 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, in the rotunda at the Martin County Courthouse in Fairmont. An open bar and hors d’oeuvres will be available accompanied by live acoustics by The OK Factor, a two-person orchestra band, at 7 p.m. Throughout the night, there will be a silent auction and presentation regarding the FOH. The event is black tie encouraged. RVSP and ticket payment of $50 is recommended to be made on Oct. 1 at the latest, as space is limited.
