People First to meet Tuesday

Acupressure And Other Tools For Women 35 And Older

An acupressure class will be 6-6:30 p.m., via Zoom, Tuesday, December 12. Learn which points balance hormone levels naturally, including thyroid hormones. Acupressure is a wonderful self-help tool that will help you feel your best. We will discuss breathing techniques, nutritional musts, and more. Fee: $29. Registration closes December 8.
