Upcoming community softball practices

There will be softball practice starting 7 p.m. Fridays, May 13, 20 and 27, at the Cardinal Field softball diamonds, across from the Aquatic Park in Fairmont. Anyone from the public is invited to join people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in this fun community activity. Any questions, please contact Pat Kietzer at (507) 848-5017. Bridal shower Sunday in East Chain

A bridal shower honoring Chloe Diekmann and Tashina Hanson, brides-to-be of Brady and Brian Jensen, will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at East Chain Evangelical Church, 507 280th Ave., rural East Chain. All family and friends are cordially invited to attend.
