Fairmont Community Education & Recreation (CER) will offer three upcoming community activities. First, Club Invention Bot ANN-E for kids in grades 1-6, will be held 3:30-5:30 p.m. Jan. 10, 11, 13, 17, 18, and 20, at the CER classroom, Suite 131 in the SMEC building, 115 S. Park St. in Fairmont. The fee is $15. Next, a Microsoft Word: Basic computer class will be held 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at the CER classroom, Suite 131 in the SMEC building, 115 S. Park St. in Fairmont. Fee will be $89. Lastly, a Quilt-As-You-Go quilting class will be held 6-9 p.m. Jan. 17 and 24, at the CER classroom, Suite 131 in the SMEC building, 115 S. Park St. in Fairmont. Fee will be $36.
