Quade/Senne reunion planned Saturday in Trimont
The 2021 Quade/Senne Family Reunion will be held Saturday in the shelter house at Cedar Hanson Park, located north of Trimont on Cedar Lake. A family potluck dinner will get underway at 12 p.m. (noon). All family members are encouraged to attend.
20th annual Charity Golf Classic set for July 12
Registrations are now being accepted for the 20th annual Golf Classic to be held Monday, July 12, at Interlaken Golf Club in Fairmont. This is a best-ball event which includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, a golf clinic, plus a dinner and awards program. There is also an option for nine holes of golf with dinner and awards program. This fundraiser is a benefit for Martin County Youth for Christ, which has been serving the youth of Martin County for over 20 years. Karen Soutthivong of Mountain Lake was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, and Elizabeth Reckow of St. James was awarded a Doctor of Pharmacy, following the 2021 spring semester at North Dakota State University in Fargo, N.D.
Laraine Klunder of Fairmont was awarded a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nursing following the 2021 spring semester from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colo.
