Worship Center plans breakfast

Regional Worship Center in Sherburn will host a community breakfast from 8-10 a.m. Monday at its facility located at 2 Crossroads Drive in Sherburn. It will not serve a buffet. The meal will be served as ordered. Donations accepted. Everyone is invited.

Valley Quilters set Monday meeting

Blue Earth Valley Quilters will meet 7 p.m. Monday in the Blue Earth Area High School choir room. Enter through door V on the south side of the building. The capacity for social distancing in the choir room is 41. Masks are required. The program will be Stash for Cash, so members are asked to bring any fabric, quilting books, magazines or other quilting-related supplies they no longer use. Items will be sold via donation. Also, dues of $5 will be collected. Anyone interested in this quilting group may attend. For more information, contact Jan Shaffer at (507) 526-3979.

Blood drive slated Tuesday in Truman

An American Red Cross blood drive will be held 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Truman Community Building, 313 N. First Ave. West. To schedule an appointment, call (800) 733-2767 or visit RedCrossBlood.org and enter TRUMANHSMN. Donors of all blood types are needed.
