CER announces upcoming activity
Fairmont Community Education and Recreation will hold an Instant Pot cooking class from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 28 in room 158 at Fairmont Elementary School. The class is intended to help those who have an Instant Pot, or who are thinking of purchasing one, and want to know how to better use it. The class is hosted by Fairmont Women of Today. Participants will prepare entrees such as cheeseburger macaroni, Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravy, glazed carrots, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and cheesecake. The fee is $20 per person. Class size is limited. Participants are asked to bring their own manuals, if possible. Deadline to register is Oct. 21. Register by calling (507) 235-3141 or email http://fairmontk12.mn.us.
