The following area students received degrees during the month of May from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls: Elmore — Zaine Stewart, bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering tech; Fairmont — Briclyn Bonin, bachelor’s degree in marketing communications; Kiester — Austin Suhr, bachelor’s degree in animal science.

Tieryn Arens of Fairmont recently received a bachelor’s degree in human performance (emphasizing athletic training) at Midland University in Fremont, Neb.
