Exchange Club to meet today

Fairmont Exchange Club will meet noon today at the Holiday Inn, Fairmont. The program will feature Matt Nielsen from Southern Plains Educational Cooperative, who will talk about special education. Fairmont American Legion Auxiliary Unit 36 will meet 7 p.m. tonight at Goldfinch Estates in Fairmont. Anyone interested in the auxiliary is invited to attend.

Early Risers set Wednesday meeting

Early Risers Kiwanis Club of Fairmont will meet 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Ranch Restaurant, Fairmont. The program will feature Chris Pierce, who will talk about Fairmont Area Life. The public is invited to attend.

United Methodist slates Lenten supper

Fairmont United Methodist Church will host a Lenten supper from 5-6 p.m. Wednesday at the church, 119 E. Second St., Fairmont. The menu will consist of chili, chicken and dumpling soup, breadsticks, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, donated desserts and beverages. A donation of $2 is suggested. Everyone is welcome.
