East Chain church plans coffee party

East Chain United Methodist Church will host a monthly community coffee party from 8:30-11 a.m. Saturday at the church in East Chain. Rolls, donuts, coffee, tea and juice will be served. Donations accepted. Everyone is welcome to celebrate the harvest.

Heaven’s Table Food Shelf fundraiser

Fairmont Knights of Columbus will host a pork loin dinner fundraiser for Heaven’s Table Food Shelf from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Fairmont. They will serve a meal consisting of pork loin, baked beans, coleslaw, roll, dessert and beverage. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-12. Proceeds will benefit Heaven’s Table Food Shelf. Everyone is welcome.
