JAMES – Brayden Williamson had five hits, brought in three runs, and was one of many key contributors to a 14-4 Fairmont Jr. Legion Post 36 victory over St. James Jr. Legion Post 33 on Wednesday afternoon at Veterans Field. A win over Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn Remsen-Union was immediately followed by a defeat at the hands of Bishop Heelan later that Saturday afternoon. Late offense drives Martins past Bulls

JACKSON – The Fairmont Martins scored four runs in the final four innings to take down the Jackson Bulls, 4-3, during Wednesday night’s contest at Wacker Field. Joey Crissinger’s two-run home run in the top of the fourth turned the Martins initial one-score deficit around.
