With LOST funds, council looks at community building project

FAIRMONT— The Fairmont City Council held a second work session on Wednesday to discuss the Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) funds. At the first, held on July 16, the council indicated that it would like to spend the majority of the funds on a large, community building project and a portion on future lake projects.
